CLOUD MICRO-SERVICES – Terms of Use

By using the cloud micro-services Conferences, Documents, Recordings, Cloud Antivirus, Preview, Shortener and Dashboard (“Services") you are accessing remote Services running in IceWarp’s data center. Their use is subject to the following terms.
Conferences service is streaming and publishing any content you provide through the Internet to an audience of your choosing.
Documents service is exchanging user content with your server and will temporarily store this information for as long as the user’s session is active.
Recordings service stores conference recordings in the Amazon cloud.
Antivirus service compares anonymous file signatures with a global database of previously scanned file signatures. Unknown files are securely uploaded to the service, scanned and deleted.
Preview service generates a glanceable version of supported documents and media. User files are securely uploaded to the service, transformed and deleted.
Shortener service stores original URL, short URL and each time the short link is accessed, the time and IP address used to access it, providing the user with file open statistics.
Dashboard service stores and displays the user's Dashboard settings, background image, notes data and pinned items.
All the content is being transmitted, exchanged, received or stored solely for the limited purpose of operating and enabling the Services to work as intended and for no other purposes such as analytics or advertising.
By using the Recordings, you (or the legal entity you represent) concludethe Data Processing Agreement according to the General Terms of Service, based on which IceWarp will process the user data..
By using the Dashboard, you (or the legal entity you represent) concludethe Data Processing Agreement according to the General Terms of Service, based on which IceWarp will process the user data.
By using the Services you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree you hold legal title or license to the content being transmitted and will indemnify and will hold harmless IceWarp and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any legal claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or in relation to the content shared within the Services or an infringement of third party rights.
You may not use the Services for illegal purposes or for the transmission of illegal content, i.e. material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or is otherwise objectionable, offends religious sentiments, promotes racism, contains viruses, worms or malicious code that may damage, interfere with or intercept system, program, or data, or that which infringes or may infringe intellectual property or other rights of another. You agree not to use the Services for the transmission of "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "phishing" or unsolicited mass distribution of email, bulk email or other content to addresses obtained from users without their consent where opt-in is required by law.
It is the responsibility of you, our customer, to manage network connectivity to the Services for your users, including, but not limited to, open network ports on client endpoints and allowing for IP addresses that are subject to change.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. ICEWARP DOESN’T MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES, WARRANTIES, OR COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE SERVICES, THEIR RELIABILITY, FUNCTIONALITY OR AVAILABILITY. ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WILL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES.
